Kevin Baldwin began his real estate career after a successful 26 year career in the printing business. Kevin began his career as a REALTOR in Strathmore in 1999 (SOLD over 1,000 homes) and is now serving Chestermere, Airdrie as well as Strathmore. His desire to be innovative with commission programs and new business strategies was a catalyst for Kevin to change the ways fees are paid by sellers and to buyers. The flexibility of being an independent REALTOR within a brokerage allows him to provide flat rates for sellers without compromising a high level of service. Kevin Baldwin provides real estate services to buyers and sellers in Strathmore, Chestermere, Calgary and Airdrie.

Kevin believes we need to add value in any business but he feels the traditional business models and fees do not support what consumers are wanting in today’s real estate market.
